The Polish Hospital Federation was founded in Warsaw on 10.10.2011 and was admitted as a full member to the European Hospital and Healthcare Federation "HOPE" on 19.11.2011 at the meeting of the Board of Governors in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Legal status: Organization of hospital employers
Registration: National Court Registry under KRS number 409924 by the Regional Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Business Department
